My sister has used Fir Tree for many years & has always had a great experience. We normally have an artificial tree but this year decided to get a real tree & honestly cannot highly recommend Fir Tree enough. We ordered a 6ft tree and beautiful mantle wreath with lights. The delivery & collection teams were so respectful, they even took their shoes off before coming into the house. They made sure the tree was positioned perfectly and tidied up everything. We had the tree and wreath up for a full 3 weeks, they both stayed fresh and full with no shedding. Theo and the team keep in contact throughout, great customer service.

Great service from the guys. Always wanted a real tree but was put off by the hassle of bringing one home and disposing of myself. They take care of everything. Delivery, setting it up on its stand and will even come by in the new year to remove. 163e all in including a stand with water bowl. Well worth the money.
